Shipping Policy

U.S. Only

We ship to all 50 states, DC, U.S. territories, and APOs. Sorry, we do not ship internationally. 

Shipping Rates

Lower 48: Orders of $59.95 or over that are shipped to one address are shipped free. Smaller orders are charged a flat rate of $8.95. 

AK, HI, & Territories: Orders of $59.95 or over are $9.95 shipped to one address. Smaller orders are charged $18.95.

U.S. Military APOs: these are shipped at the Lower 48 rates. 

Estimated Delivery

We typically ship in 1 or 2 business days and shipments usually arrive in 3 to 5 business days. Peak seasons can slow deliveries. 

How Do We Ship

We ship most orders by USPS except for very heavy shipments which are usually shipped by UPS. 

Tracking Your Shipment

If you provide us with your email we will send you an email with the tracking number for your package. You may also call us at 423-691-1009 or 423-381-4537 (cell) to receive your tracking number.
